Job Description

Vall dHebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public sector institution located in Barcelona (Spain) that promotes and develops innovative biomedical research at the University Hospital Vall dHebron. VHIR is oriented towards finding solutions to the health problems of the citizens and has the will to contribute to the scientific educational social and economic development within its area of competence around the world.

VHIR offers a vacant position of clinical researcher within the Stroke Research Group

Education and qualifications:

Required:
  • Degree in Medicine
  • Specialisation in Neurology
  • Oral and written fluency in English

Desired:
  • Fluency in Catalan and Spanish
  • Enrolled in a doctoral program at our institution

Experience and knowledge:
Required:
  • At least 6moth experience in a Stroke Unit.
Desired:
  • Neurosonologic formation

Main responsibilities and duties:
  • Organization and management of patients included in clinical trials
  • Give support into followup visits of patients
  • Clinical research on Stroke

          Labour conditions:

          • Part time: 40hours/week.
          • Starting date: February 2025
          • Gross annual salary: 38.000 euros (Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges will be consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale)
          • Contract: Technical and scientific activities contract linked to the project activities
