We are looking for a gogetter someone who is very handson and will use their strengths to coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Front Office department whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience every guest every interaction every day.
What you will be doing
Heavily involved in daily operations and coordination of the Front Office Team.
Handle guest concerns and react quickly tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
Responds to guest feedback and provide relevant action and follow up.
Be flexible and willing to work mornings evenings and overnights (if necessary) across the 7 days to ensure service standards expected are being achieved.
