Task Description
As part of the support for our information systems your responsibilities will include:
User Support and Guidance:
Assisting users in system usage.
Managing the publication of documents and records.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Tracking incidents and organizing reports.
Managing user requests.
Handling error reporting.
Documentation Creation:
Drafting and managing user manuals.
Developing online help content (knowledge bases FAQs etc.).
Managing web documentation.
Training:
Preparing and delivering training courses for information systems.
Skills and Competencies
- Proven knowledge and experience in enduser assistance and support of information systems.
- Strong IT skills.
- Familiarity with web platforms wikis collaborative sites and social networks.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in English (additional languages may be required depending on project needs).
- Proficiency in using office automation tools especially MS Office.
Education and Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant education and/or postsecondary experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in user support for specific systems collaborative tools or projectspecific methodologies.
Work Conditions
- Remote work from within the European Union.
- Standard working days are Monday to Friday with availability expected during Agency holidays due to peak workloads.
- Work hours are between 08:00 and 20:00 CET
