Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind

Data export, collection and processing from our Systems, calibration and consolidation for all data.

Development of user-friendly reports and data overviews for CX Team performance.

Explore growth opportunities from data and build actionable data-driven insights in all areas.

Preparation of weekly business reviews to CX Managers, monitor and report main business performance KPIs.

Being the first person to know about critical changes in CX Team performance.

Auditing data quality and user behavior on a periodic basis to ensure meaningful insight is generated relating to customer engagement.

Provide training and guidance to team members on reporting tools and data analysis techniques, to enhance team capabilities.

Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department

Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout

Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports

Create business reports that provide insight into key data points

Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers.

Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends related to CX KPIs.
Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, clean, and process large datasets from multiple sources (internal and external systems, databases, etc.). Ensure that the data is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date for reporting purposes.

Report Generation: Design, create, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports that meet the needs of various departments (e.g., finance, operations, marketing). This includes financial reports, KPI tracking, sales performance, operational efficiency, etc.

Data Visualization: Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to create interactive dashboards and visualizations that present data in a clear, understandable, and actionable format for stakeholders.

Performance Tracking: Monitor business performance using predefined KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and metrics. Analyze trends, identify anomalies, and flag areas that require attention or improvement.


Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in the same role.

Strong Excel Knowledge

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights. Experience with statistical analysis or data modeling is a plus.

Data Visualization: Expertise in using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Excel to create meaningful and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports. Familiarity with advanced charting and graphing techniques is essential.

Excel Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, and data validation. Strong comfort with using Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.

SQL & Database Management: Experience working with databases and querying tools. Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) to pull and analyze data from relational databases.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure that data is accurate and that reports are free of errors.

Reporting Software: Familiarity with report creation tools such as SAP Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), or similar.

Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify data inconsistencies, find solutions, and suggest improvements in reporting processes.
