Qualifications :
1. Education
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate.
2. Age Requirement
- Must be at least 18 years old.
3. Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista.
4. Certifications
- Food handling certificate required.
- Advanced Store Training certification from District Manager.
- Certified Barista Trainer certification.
5. Knowledge and Skills
- Familiarity with various drink recipes and beverage service standards as well as food offerings at Starbucks.
- Strong fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Ability to communicate clearly and legibly.
- Proficient in basic arithmetic.
