Job Description
This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager to join the area market leader within a popular suburb 5km from central Brisbane. Joining a business with a fresh approach to property management you will manage either a modest sized portfolio yourself or work within a pod system sharing in the management of a clean tidy and upmarket portfolio.
- Working within a beautiful area of inner Brisbane this is a rewarding lowpressure opportunity with flexibility to assist in managing work and life.
- Your role will offer a good variety of inoffice and external duties covering all aspects of full portfolio management (training provided).
- With no leasing (no weekends) and no trust account management portfolios are capped to ensure service and job satisfaction remain high.
Requirements
- At least 18 months experience as an Assistant Property Manager / Property Manager (portfolio or pod tailored to your level).
- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate.
- Hold a current driving license.
- Be reliable and careerfocused.
- Well presented with strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Adaptable personality skills. Problem solving negotiation.
- Friendly sociable (critical to uphold the excellent company culture).
