Job Description
Guest Service Agent 6month Contract (West/Up to $14hr)
Job Summary:
- Up to $14 per hour
- Meal allowance
- 5 days
- Working Location: Central
Duties:
- Register and room all arrivals in accordance with Hotel standards also to assist with guests luggage when required.
- Perform personalized checkin checkout and room change procedures efficiently and promptly.
- Ensure all guest reservations data are entered into the Hotel system accurately.
- Attend to guests enquiries requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Initiate and maintain effective communication within the department and other departments.
- Open to work 5 days (shift hour)
