Allocator One is looking for a highly motivated detailoriented and techsavvy individual to join our team. If youre passionate about venture capital startups and using AI to optimize workflows we want to hear from you!
Tasks
As a Founders Associate youll work sidebyside with our founding team to streamline operations manage key projects and support strategic initiatives. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn grow and make a tangible impact in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
What Youll Do:
- Support Founders in Daily Operations: Assist the founding team in managing schedules meetings and communication to keep everything running smoothly.
- Identify & Automate Processes Using AI: This is the core of your role. Youll be responsible for digging deep into our existing workflows pinpointing areas that are ripe for automation and implementing AIdriven solutions that save time reduce friction and boost efficiency across the entire organization. Whether its streamlining investor communication automating data entry or optimizing due diligence processes youll have the autonomy to experiment with cuttingedge AI tools like GPT RPA or custom scripts to transform how we operate.
- Project Management: Oversee and execute strategic projects ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines. This could range from supporting fund launches to building frameworks for new operational processes.
- Venture Capital Ecosystem Engagement: Dive deep into the VC landscape support research and build relationships across the ecosystem.
