- Support engineers through regular 1on1 meetings
- Establish training programs aimed at improving technical skills and set appropriate evaluation criteria
Improvement of development process:
- Involve from the early stages of development projects such as requirements definition and specification formulation to clarify requirements
- Define and improve test process
- Improve development efficiency through code reviews
- Establish automation plans and develop and operate test environments
Incident analysis and feedback:
- Analyze incidents that occur and provide specific feedback to the team
- Foster a culture of quality improvement
People Management:
- Operate and regularly improve training and development programs to support the growth of engineers
- Appropriately assign members to each project and set individual goals and provide feedback
Requirements

Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of practical development experience in web applications
- Experience in application development using public clouds (AWS GCP Azure etc.)
- Experience in agile development (Scrum etc.)
- Knowledge of microservice architecture
- Experience leading development in a team of 5 or more engineers
