Job Summary:
Voadera seeks a dynamic Business Finance Controller & Analyst to oversee financial management and datadriven strategies that enhance the companys performance. This combined role encompasses strategic financial leadership comprehensive data analysis and the implementation of automated processes. You will lead initiatives that optimize our ERP system ensure data availability streamline financial reporting and drive operational efficiency. This position requires strong financial acumen innovative thinking and the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally to support Voadera s ambitious growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership & Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting including cash flow statements P&L and balance sheets. Lead budget preparation financial forecasting and variance analysis.
Data Infrastructure & Analysis: Build and maintain data warehousing solutions integrated with ERP systems to support decisionmaking. Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable business insights.
Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and implement process automation and optimize data flows to enhance operational efficiency and data transparency.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Develop and manage compliance strategies to meet federal state and local regulations. Lead internal audits and risk mitigation planning.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments including purchasing to optimize product profitability and ensure smooth operations across finance and inventory management.
Strategic Guidance & Cost Management: Conduct cost analyses evaluate capital expenditure projects and provide strategic recommendations to maximize profitability.
Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide the finance and business analysis teams fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.
Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance practices to maintain data quality and integrity.
Technology Adoption: Drive the integration and adoption of advanced analytics and ERP system enhancements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Inventory & Payroll Oversight: Ensure accurate inventory valuations and reporting manage payroll and oversee the timely payment of vendor invoices.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Data Science or related field; CPA/CMA designation preferred.
4 years of experience in business analysis and financial management within an ecommerce or retail environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. Odoo) data warehousing and financial analysis tools (SQL Power BI advanced Excel).
Demonstrated experience in financial statement preparation compliance with GAAP tax regulations and managing audits.
Excellent problemsolving project management and change management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for crossdepartmental collaboration.
A proactive resourceful and selfmotivated mindset with the ability to drive strategic initiatives independently.
