Plan and deliver highquality science lessons that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives in CBSC standards.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods techniques and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation critical thinking and collaboration among students.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations assignments and assessments providing timely feedback and support as needed.
Develop and implement innovative instructional strategies to enhance student engagement and understanding of scientific concepts.
Integrate technology and realworld applications into lessons to make science relevant and meaningful to students lives.
Collaborate with colleagues parents and other stakeholders to support student learning and achievement.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in science education and teaching methodologies.
Bachelors degree in Education Science or related field; Masters degree preferred.
Valid teaching certification or licensures for secondary education in science (e.g. biology chemistry physics).
Previous experience teaching science at the secondary level preferred.
Strong content knowledge and expertise in the subject area in CBSC standards.
Excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to studentcentered learning.
Ability to differentiate instruction and provide individualized support to meet the needs of all learners.
Familiarity with educational technology tools and resources for teaching science.
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.
