4 Years of handson in SFMC
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate requirement with business stakeholder design & develop technical requirements.
Ability to propose cost effective marketing technology solutions to address business challenges including processes improvement and governance standards.
Work with other IT partners to design and implement customer journeys and marketing automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including automation setup Journey setup Email and SMS communication channel.
Good understanding of Subscriber schema and Audience builder within SFMC Data mapping & Systems integration experience into marketing automation and service tools.
Working experience with integrations to backend systems specifically with Salesforce CRM.
Working Experience on REST/SOAP API integrations SDKs.
Working experience of MySQL Oracle or MS SQL Server functionality. Understanding of star schema and complex data architectures.
Working experience on serverside scripting languages and protocols such as AMP Script SSJS SQL SOQL HTML XML JavaScript HTTP CSS XSLT AJAX jQuery.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certified.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a strong focus on technical training. Proficiency in developing technical training content and materials. Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across teams. Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
