Correspond and follow up with suppliers regarding spare parts requests or technical services based on customer requests.
Preventive maintenance and calibration of the equipment as part of the customers subscribed maintenance plans.
Diagnose and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment when problem arise via visits or virtual channels when possible.

Requirements
Key Requirements:
Engineering Bachelor s Degree ( Major: Mechatronics)
01 year of experience in similar role and fresh grade is most welcome
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Dynamic with high sense of responsibility

Excellent in English with strong written and verbal skills.
