Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer L1 to join our team in Swolle Netherlands. In this role you will provide critical IT support ensuring the smooth operation of devices applications and network systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting device repair imaging and offering smart hands assistance for inrack systems. This position requires technical proficiency in resolving complex issues efficiently and supporting business applications for our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose repair and resolve laptop/desktop issues including full unit replacements when needed
Troubleshoot COTS (Commercial OfftheShelf) application problems and conflicts
Perform manual imaging and reimaging of devices
Verify and troubleshoot system faults and provide AV/VC conference support
Respond promptly to incidents and support business applications
Offer smart hands support including rack and stack tasks for:
Networking firewall server storage and inrack UPS devices
Qualifications:
Proven experience as Support Engineer/Technician min. 18 months.
Fluent English and Dutch language
Familiarity with business applications and COTS support
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to respond effectively to incidents
Experience with rack and stack support and network troubleshooting
