Job Description

This is a remote position.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

  • Customer Assistance: Provide support via email chat and phone to answer questions about setting up accounts managing listings booking spaces and payments.

  • Issue Resolution: Quickly troubleshoot and resolve customer issues working with internal teams when necessary to ensure problems are handled efficiently.

  • User Guidance: Assist customers in navigating the platform creating listings and using features effectively.

  • Feedback Gathering: Record customer feedback and insights to help our product and support teams improve the platform and user experience.

  • Knowledge Base Contribution: Help develop and maintain FAQ content guides and support articles to empower customers with selfservice resources.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain a consistent highquality customer experience by adhering to support guidelines and embodying a customerfirst approach.



Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 13 years in a customer support role ideally in an online platform SaaS or ecommerce setting.

  • Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal) problemsolving and active listening skills. Experience with support tools like sendesk or Intercom is a plus.

  • Remote Work Skills: Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote environment.

  • CustomerFirst Approach: Empathy and dedication to delivering positive customer interactions.
