- To execute business sector strategy by cultivating and managing customers within assigned industry as well as providing a full spectrum of financial services to these clients with a view to ensuring a substantial contribution to the liquidity profitability of the unit and overall customer satisfaction.
- Drive revenue creation opportunities by offering to customers the relevant value propositions that meet their business needs and ensure the provision of excellent relationship management.
- Ensure indepth understanding of all customers portfolio using Customer Value Chain Analysis to effectively meet the needs of the customers.
- Manage the existing business relationships and explore new opportunities.
- Ensure that key financial deliverables for the sector are met.
- Execute initiatives and activities aimed at optimizing both customer experience and profitability for the Bank.
- Ensure risk assets are properly appraised and are within the bank s risk appetite.
- Prospect and develop new relationships within the sector
- Ensure growth in customer wallet share through crossselling of products on existing accounts.
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor analysis of the business segment and recommend the development of appropriate / customized products & service for customers in the segment
- Provide business advisory services to customers as well as deploy capabilities that supports their wealth management/investments

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum of First Degree in relevant discipline. MBA/ACA/ACCA/Any managerial professional certificate will be added an advantage
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 35 years post NYSC experience in a similar role.
