Job Description

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates have up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry analysis and financial reporting.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to organise and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate accounts including recording financial transactions and preparing basic financial reports.
  • File and manage office expenses ensuring all receipts and documents are organised and accessible for audits or review.
  • Assist HR and Admin in coordinating daily office operations such as organising office supplies managing facilities and supporting team needs.
  • Support HR with administrative tasks including document management and assisting with onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with the Admin team to ensure smooth daytoday operations addressing adhoc tasks as needed.
