Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 15400 EUR per year (paid over 14 months)
  • Complexity Bonus: 1485EUR per year
  • Meal Allowance: 7.23EUR /day (1908.72EUR /year net)
  • Transport Allowance: 20EUR /month (240 EUR /year)
  • Total Gross Annual Income: Up to 19033.72 EUR
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 1440 EUR /year (120/month)
  • Health Insurance: Provided from Day 1 (free after 6 months)

Schedule:

  • Weekdays: 08:00 20:00 (Rotational shifts)
  • Weekends: 08:00 17:00 (Rotational weekends)
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days each week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Support: Assist users with presales inquiries general questions and technical issues via phone email chat and social media.
  • Tailored Communication: Maintain brand voice and tone across private and public channels including forums and ecommerce reviews.
  • Escalation Management: Handle complaints with professionalism escalating cases as per protocol.
  • Accurate Documentation: Record customer interactions and relevant details to ensure streamlined support.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Native German speaker with professionallevel English (B2).
  • Customer Support Experience: Prior experience in a tech support or related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Formal speech and strong writing capabilities are essential.
  • TechSavvy: Comfortable with customer support tools and communication platforms.
  • ProblemSolving Mindset: Empathy patience and a knack for resolving customer issues effectively.
