Job Summary:
As a Customer Relationship Executive youll be the key liaison between the dealership and customers ensuring satisfaction addressing concerns and driving longterm customer loyalty through personalized service.
Scope of the Job:
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries test drives and vehicle selection.
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of maintenance.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and participate in training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (preferred).
- 26 years of experience in customer service sales or automotive roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Passion for automobiles and customer service.
