Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1300 EUR/month x 14 months
- Performance Bonus: 380 EUR/month
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 EUR/day (net) totaling 1908.72 EUR annually
- Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (free after 6 months)
Schedule
- Work Hours: Monday Friday between 8:00 AM 10:00 PM (rotating shifts)
- Days Off: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers across phone email and chat addressing queries about orders subscriptions and invoices.
- Deliver a highquality service experience consistently meeting customer expectations.
- Follow through on inquiries to full resolution within agreed timelines.
- Liaise with various internal departments to expedite customer requests efficiently.
Qualifications
- Native Italian Speaker: Formal speech and exceptional writing skills are a must.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Service (required).
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient with digital tools and customer support software.
