Job Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
- Track identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals
- Drive the endtoend sales process
- Prepare and submit sales contracts
- Adding value to business/product offerings to increase sales.
- Identifying and negotiating sales deals that promote sustained revenue.
- Create business plans for new businesses and diversify current business activities.
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Main tasks
- Actively seeking out new avenues of growth and sales by identifying potential target markets.
- Maintaining good communication with current clients and reaching out to new clients for further growth of business.
- Reaching agreements on transactions costs contracts and payments in order to meet sales goals.
- Providing customers with pre and postpurchase support as required.
- Keeping track of orders and providing updates to the management including commentary on sales trends.
- Performing competitor analysis and providing findings to management in order to increase market share.
- Implementing efficient administrative communication and feedback channels.
Secondary tasks / Accessories
- Provide information on upcoming trends and sales/product improvements.
- Keeping abreast of the latest market trends and providing knowledge in form of presentations internal communications and from vendors and suppliers to be up to date with the latest product offerings of the business.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelors degree preferably with a focus on business administration marketing and/or sales.
- Minimum of three (5) years of business development experience In Qatar with minimum one (1) year of working directly with management in a strategic leadership role.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with a team and under direct leadership of executive management.
