Job Description
- Manage a team of experienced CSMs
- Assist team (CSMs) in mitigating churn or downsell related risks
- Coach the team on account management strategies
- Provide constructive feedback to the team
- Act as a servant leader helping CSMs achieve their best
- Coordinate and facilitate all hiring onboarding training and transition related aspects
- Potentially manage some high ticket accounts (end customers) – renewal management contract management negotiations risk/ churn management upsell/cross sell.
- Develop deep understanding of the product and act as a SME
- Manage relationship with functional (client) managers
- Build and present WBRs MBRs and QBRs
- Performance management of team (CSMs)
- First point of contact for all client escalations
Skills
- Excellent negotiation communication analytical and decisionmaking ability
- Ability to work independently
- At least 5 years’ experience as a CSM in a SaaS based company
- Preferably good understanding of AdTech space
- Should have managed a team of experienced CSMs
- Should have managed relationship with high portfolio customers (upwards of $20M ACV)
- Should have experience of interacting with CLevel executives
- Overall experience of 1216 years (including CSM people management adtech and any other)
- Any Graduation (Management/ Tech degree desirable – not mandatory)
