Serve as lead counsel in various highstakes litigation matters demonstrating expertise in handling complex cases.
Possess a strong background as a 1st or 2nd chair in trial and arbitration proceedings.
Directly engage with clients providing deposition preparation counseling and support in ongoing litigation.
Regularly present and argue dispositive motions to shape case outcomes.
Play a key role in preparing for arbitration bench and jury trials including voir dire and witness preparation.
Contribute to litigating highstakes cases.
Uphold and promote the firms commitment to diversity equity and inclusion principles.
Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the client base.
Experience you will need:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
A minimum of 10 years of substantial experience in litigation.
Prior trial experience with a preference for jury trials.
Proven track record in 1st or 2nd chair trial and arbitration experience.
Exceptional litigation skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
