The Role: Litigation Counsel Los Angeles CA
We are seeking an experienced and driven Litigation Counsel to join the firms highprofile litigation team in Los Angeles. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and impactful litigation cases collaborating with a talented team of litigators to deliver favorable outcomes for clients.
In This Position You Will:
- Conduct legal research draft briefs and prepare motions.
- Manage document production and handle all aspects of discovery.
- Participate in trial preparation including depositions and strategy sessions.
- Contribute to client development initiatives such as articles speaking engagements and client outreach.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide innovative legal solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience and Expertise
- 2 years of experience handling complex litigation matters.
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
Educational Credentials
- Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an ABAaccredited law school.
- Admission or eligibility for admission to the California Bar.
