Job Description
A Senior Trial Counsel plays a pivotal role in managing the entire casehandling process overseeing tasks from initial filing through to verdict. Their responsibilities extend to handling serious and catastrophic cases. Senior Trial Counsel ensure compliance by staff with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Senior Trial Counsel hold supervisory roles over litigation assistants paralegals and case managers.
Key duties involve screening potential litigation clients preparing for and participating in mediations. Other responsibilities include interviewing and deposing witnesses advocating in trials and preparing clients for depositions. We maintain a collaborative approach working closely with supervising attorneys to ensure the effective and comprehensive handling of litigation matters.

- Base Salary: $150000 $250000 per year plus bonus based on performance OR Draw with performancebased plan based on settlements obtained.

Qualifications :
Trial Counsel Minimum Qualifications:
- Ten 10 or more years personal injury experience.
- Ten 10 or more first chair personal injury trials to verdict.
- Member of the NY Bar.
- Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation.
