We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sales Assistant/Social Media Manager to join our team. In this dualrole position you will support the sales team in driving customer acquisition maintaining client relationships and meeting sales targets. Additionally you will oversee our social media presence crafting compelling content engaging with our audience and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a sales support role social media management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with social media platforms and tools.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales tracking software.
Basic graphic design and content creation skills are a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Customer serviceoriented with a positive attitude.
Responsibility
- Taking monthly stock of items available in the beauty supply store
- Responding to clients via Instagram DMs and WhatsApp messages to take orders book and confirm appointments and handle enquiries
- Answering phone calls and attending to clients enquiries and concerns
- Handling appointment setting confirmation and cancellation for customers
- Handling monthly sales and expense reporting to the CEO
- Handle content creation and work on increasing followership and engagement on Social media channels
