Hiring Immediately Sales Representative!

We are seeking Sales Representatives for our client McGovern Ford of Saugus. Sales are on the rise and our client needs a proven salespeople to serve their customers. You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed and a fantastic community reputation.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position we provide all the training necessary to build a career in the automobile business. Spanish and Portuguese fluency is a huge plus. Computer proficiency is a must to help us serve the large volume of customers that engage the dealership via our website and email. Sales representatives will be able to promote preowned vehicles from all 5 of our locations. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of handling clients in a sales or customer service environment. We are looking for someone who works hard communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential not just a job.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Present new and preowned vehicles to potential clients.
  • Keep up to date on manufacturer and company training to be knowledgeable for clients.
  • Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
  • Maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
  • Foster a customercentric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
  • Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership standards College graduate with a background or concentration in business management or marketing a plus At least one year in a dealership sales management position. Professional personal appearance Ability to remain calm while diffusing touchy situations At least two years experience in a dealership sales environment. Must be comfortable managing multiple departments and people. Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors Must be able to work extended hours, evenings and weekends
