Health Information Manager FullTime Position in Eastern MT
A reputable Critical Access Hospital located approximately one hour east of Miles City is looking for a fulltime permanent Health Information Management (HIM) Manager to join their team.
Health Information Manager Compensation: $25.86 $38.79/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday Friday 8 AM 5 PM
Health Information Manager Key Responsibilities: As the HIM Manager you will oversee various HIM services including:
- Coding and reimbursement processes
- Release of information
- Birth and tumor registries
- Chart completion
- Health information privacy and documentation
Health Information Manager Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent education/certifications in health information management (HIM) is required. A Master s degree in business or health administration is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in hospital and professional coding (both inpatient and outpatient) is required.
