Location : Gurugram
Interview Mode: Walkin face to face
Shift: Night Shift
Week Off: 2 Days rotational
Responsibilities:
- The primary job of a customer service representative is to address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone email and social media.
- Moreover ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
Requirements
Candidate should have :
- Good Communication skills take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
- Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them positively and professionally flexible to work in shifts.
- Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good technical knowledge
Qualification: Graduate with 1yr & above experience international voice process interviews.
Salary : Upto 32k CTC
