Sentinel Africa is seeking to onboard a Senior Projects Lead. They shall be responsible for planning overseeing and executing projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet organizational goals and client requirements. The role involves managing scope schedules budgets risks and stakeholder expectations while also providing leadership to the projects team and maintaining clear communication with all involved parties.

Project Planning and Initiation:
- Define project scope goals and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and schedules.
- Identify and allocate resources (budget manpower tools).
- Conduct risk assessments and establish risk mitigation strategies.

Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Manage and lead the project team to meet deliverables.
- Monitor project progress track milestones and make adjustments as necessary.
- Oversee daytoday activities to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Identify issues or obstacles and troubleshoot solutions.

Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate project status risks and challenges to stakeholders regularly.
- Facilitate meetings with clients stakeholders and team members.
- Gather and address feedback to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with expectations.

Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and maintain project budgets.
- Approve expenditures and adjust budgets as needed.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources and identify areas for costsaving.

Quality Assurance:
- Establish quality control standards and ensure compliance throughout the project.
- Conduct reviews and customer satisfaction surveys as necessary.
- Ensure final deliverables meet the quality expectations of the client and organization.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans reports and final deliverables.
- Provide regular progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Conduct postproject evaluations and document lessons learned.
- Present on a regular basis performance of projects at the Senior management and Executive level.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in IT Business or a related field.
Professional certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Asana Zoho Projects Jira).
Should have a solid background in Information Technology operations whether this be in systems administration databases management Network administration etc.
