Solutions Architect for Blockchain Project Hybrid 34 days/week
Simple Solutions is working with a strategic partner on a blockchain project needing a Solutions Architect strong with blockchain technologies and Distributed Ledger Technology(DLT) and BFS. This Architect will be a leadership role you will work closely with end client bank in developing their crypto strategy going forward with the new era of crypto currency coming. Working with customer teams and executives their team of architects and engineers to deliver the new blockchain technology solution. You will be responsible for leading a team in the delivery of complex infrastructure public private and hybrid cloud solutions that leverage DLT and implementing CI/CD Automation practices and technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with our team and the end Clients stake holders and executives to deliver complex technology solutions that produce business value
- Drive projects to success with blockchain DLT "Best Practices" while taking accountability for the outcome and overcoming challenges and obstacles in the process
- Although you facilitate the process of driving to success you aren t satisfied being an administrator and are excited to take accountability for projects in which your team members have other responsibilities and managers
- Understand and communicate how the projects you manage will deliver business value
- Ability to problem solve and lead teams towards creative solutions to ensure that budget schedule scope and quality are all managed for success
- Conduct executive updates and stakeholder meetings to ensure that corporate sponsorship is in line with the project charter and ongoing status
- Manage and maintain Agile methodologies and used to standard project tools and templates including project schedule issues logs risk summary status reports meeting minutes etc.
- Communicate project status to all levels of corporate personnel to ensure expectations are clearly maintained
QUALIFICATIONS
- Total of 1015 years in IT with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing large scale IT blockchain projects through all phases of the delivery methodology from charter to deployment to GO LIVE.
- Having worked on blockchain and DLT technology O365 tenant to tenant migrations and/or migrations to Azure Cloud too
- 5 years of experience managing the cut over phase of mission critical IT infrastructure projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills especially the ability to communicate to all levels of corporate enterprise personnel from technologist to CxO
- Ability to create a work breakdown structure (WBS) from a blank slate
- Strong technical background enabling you to work closely with technologists to define and manage the technical tasks required for project success
- Experience managing IT infrastructure projects in the areas of data center transformation cloud migrations disaster recover applications migrations etc.
- Ability to manage vendors as part of the project core team
- Keen focus on customer service and an understanding that IT must provide business value
- DLT certification is a Big Plus
Software Application Developer for Servicing Director Summary This position offers the opportunity to work on NewRez s servicing system of record, Servicing Director. This proprietary system is used to service over 3.5 million loans for one of the nation s largest servicers. As a developer you will be directly responsible for creating new features, making enhancements and performance improvements, as well as troubleshooting and fixing any issues/bugs. Job Duties Create and modify complex SQL stored procedures used for critical financial calculations. Enhance and/or modify existing windows applications developed in VC++/MFC Create/modify reports in Crystal Reports Create or modify imports and exports used to interface with third party vendors Closely interact with Business Analysts to flush out details of requirements and assess the best solution. Unit test all changes Provide assistance to QA Participate in code reviews of other developer s work Qualifications/Skills The ideal candidate is experienced with Visual C++ and Microsoft SQL (T-SQL) and exposure to VB, VB Script, and Crystal Reports is preferred. Experience or knowledge of mortgage servicing is preferred.
