Job Overview:
As a Startup Associate you will help identify and evaluate promising startups build relationships with founders and assist in managing our investment portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and source startups in TierII and III cities
- Conduct due diligence and market research
- Support founders and assist in portfolio management
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in startups or venture capital
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Passion for entrepreneurship and knowledge of the Indian startup scene
