ActioGlobal is the agency that transforms leading organizations all over the world to shape the future of work. We are seeking profiles with Lean & Process Improvement Consultant experience to become Senior Strategy Execution Consultant.
Since 2004 we partner with top leaders in their industries to disrupt organizational cultures and achieve high impact at accelerating speed such as Pepsico Unilever Nestl Danone Siemens BASF Adevinta Canon etc.

Our clients are not looking for fluffy workshops endless postit notes or trendy methodologiesthey want a new way of working that delivers results. Without excuses.
Tasks
You will work directly with CEOs and their teams guiding them into a flawless execution plan. In this role you will be a provider of actionable solutions that deliver results at the highest levels.
If youre more comfortable in a conference room with a whiteboard full of postit notes this isnt the job for you.
Requirements
We are looking for a Senior Strategy Execution Consultant who thrives in highpressure environments and a background from handson complex problemsolving roles such as process engineering operations management manufacturing or similar where decisions under pressure are the standard.
You will rock at this role if you have:
- Proven track record of implementing largescale process improvements in tough industrial environments
- Exceptional communication abilities; able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to skeptical audiences
- Youre a systemic thinker who values rigorous processes over buzzwords and quick fixes
- Youre comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing for meaningful change in the face of resistance
- You maintain composure and effectiveness when facing tough stakeholders
- Proven experience in highaccountability and fastpaced environments (e.g. manufacturing logistics industrial operations process improvement).
- Experience in Lean or OKR consulting and in delivering results and real impact are a must.
- A heart for teamwork collective mindset and someone who prioritizes the weover the me
- Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory: You will interact with native and bilingual executives in a professional environment.
- French and German will be highly valued.
- You are based in Spain or you will in a short time

- Individuals who prefer theoretical frameworks over practical application
- Those who rely on fluffy methods like endless workshops and postit note exercises
