We are seeking a dynamic Duty Manager/Host who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in the luxurious atmosphere of Camps Bay.
What you will bring:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Duty Manager/Host with a proven background in hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong Leadership Skills: Lead by example and inspire your team to uphold the highest service standards.
- Exceptional Communication Abilities: Engage with guests and staff effectively ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Operational Expertise: Manage daily hotel operations swiftly resolving guest issues while maintaining a focus on excellence.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Be available for various shifts demonstrating a willingness to meet the demands of a dynamic environment.
- TechSavvy Mindset: Utilize technology to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Qualifications in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5star hotel environment is essential.
- Familiarity with all duties and procedures in the Front Office/Reservations Department.
- Experience with Opera or Opera Cloud is required.
