We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Spanish team.

The ideal candidate will have strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment and will be fluent English. This is a fulltime permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.


Details:

**Position**: Customer Service Representative

**Location**: Barcelona Spain

**Employment Type**: Fulltime

**Work Model**: Onsite

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

Handle incoming B2C user requests via telephone/email.

Log call details onto case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customers.

Solve requests/incidents requiring a higher level of technical knowledge particularly with car electrical chargers.

Support technical inquiries and manage incidents related to the clients product.

Progress/close service requests to a satisfactory conclusion on the call management system.

Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.

Monitor/progress all open queries in queue.

Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level.

Maintain contractual SLA.

Respond to any reasonable task posed by the assigned manager.

Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level.

**Requirements**:

Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

Strong aptitude for working in a customer service environment.

Excellent customer care skills with the ability to listen to and understand customer needs.

Capable of taking ownership of calls and progressing them to resolution or escalating when needed.

Ability to implement and manage changes in processes.

Good communication and team skills flexibility.

**Offer**:

Rotating shift schedule: Monday to Sunday 09:00 AM 08:00 PM.
