Location: Athens Officebased
Salary: 1045.72 EUR/month (14 payments annually) totaling 14640.08 EUR per annum gross
Performance Bonus: Up to 160EUR/month
Working Hours: Rotational MondaySunday 07:00 22:00

Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Enforce our Terms of Use and respond empathetically to user inquiries making our platform a safe and enjoyable space.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate reported issues respond accurately and ensure platform guidelines are respected.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze user data identify trends and propose improvements to enhance user experience.
- Efficiency Optimization: Spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements to optimize our content moderation processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian with English required for internal communications.
- Analytical Skills: Strong reasoning skills (assessed through a reasoning/analytical test).
- Educational Background: Collegelevel education preferred (military experience is also considered).
- Experience: Up to 1 year in BPO or similar environments.
- Cultural Insight: High awareness of the Italian social and political landscape essential for informed decisions.
