Responsibilities
Behavioral analysis of website and/or mobile app usage across full digital ecosystem including transactional commerce flows and content consumption
Emphasis on friction point and journey analysis in support of experience improvement persona development demand and conversion optimization questions
Potentially participate in predictive analytics deliverables including data exploration and feature development
Ability to independently coordinate with Cast resources effectively communicate analytical methods and synthesize findings
Qualifications we seek in you!
Bachelors degree in analytical/quantitative field e.g. statistics economics mathematics marketing analytics engineering etc
6 years of analytical and digital experience in relevant field
Primarily utilize Adobe toolsets (Workspace CJA etc.) but ability to work with raw and aggregate data in SQL would be ideal
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proficiency in R and/or Python programming languages
Interest in machine learning and artificial intelligence
Ability to excel in a fastpaced complex and ambiguous business environment
Ability to deliver work ontime
Team player mentality
Get stuff done approach
Attentiveness to detail
Desire to learn and grow with an organization
Experience in hospitality and media industry is an advantage
