A global consumerbrands company that has grown over 3000% in the last 2 years seeks a Market Manager to do the following covering the Bay Area:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Work with Marketing to implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Oversee the planning execution and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital print and social media.
- Meets or exceeds assigned sales goals.
- Develops critical success factors for new customer acquisition; responsible for negotiating and closing business to ensure targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and preferences.
- Develops and maintains a network in the community to enhance product visibility and to build a strong referral source for new potential business.
- Actively pursues business through outside sales calls and networking activities.
- Responsible for identifying new business opportunities to improve the company s profitability.
- Manages client relationships to maximize retention and grow the business according to the company s goals and objectives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing business administration management or a similar field preferred.
3 years of management or related experience.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with CRM systems and project management tools.
Experience working in the spirits industry.
