Shipment tracking inside or outside of KSA.
Keep track of all purchase orders relevant to the store.
Maintain report for product receipts on daily basis.
Track sales returns and update on sale website.
Maintain report of sales and sales returns on daily basis.
Inspecting deliveries for discrepancies or damage.
Reporting damaged inventories for recordkeeping and reimbursement.
Keep update available inventory on hand with quantity and stock value.
Regularly conduct physical inventory count.
Generating a goods received note (GRN) Material Returned Note (MRN) and Material delivery note (MDR) in a timely manner.
Ensure the system update part to be done before the movement of products from vendor to store.
Keep records of all the Inventory and store related documents.
Perform inventory count in stores as per requirements aligned with accounts and finance team.
Assist in investigating inventory shortages & discrepancies.
Close coordination with the accounts and finance team to keep updates.
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
Must:
- be Saudi Arabian. Riyadh Need local candidates only.
- have at least 5 years of Inventory Management experience in the Construction Industry locally
- be able to join immediately or within 1520 days from confirmation date
