Job Summary
To ensure that customer relationships are developed and maintained by providing excellent financial products and services that add value to the customer while minimizing costs and risk to the bank.
Duties & Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Credit processing and Appraisals
- Close Monitoring of Credit relationships and loan recoveries
- Maintain good public relations with current and prospective customers
- Achieving set PBT and Balance Sheet Targets
- Analyze and interpret financial data and recommend on the credit worthiness of the customer
- Attend Credit Committee meetings with the Unit Head
- Prepare periodic reports for the team
- Assist in preparing the Team s budget
- Achieve PBT Balance and other performance target
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Unit Head
Requirements
Job Requirements
- First degree in any Discipline with a minimum of SecondClass honors.
- Relevant Masters degree will be an advantage
- A recognized professional certification will be an added advantage.
- 6 7 years relevant experience with exposure in the marketing of financial services is also an added advantage.
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Documentary Trade Credit and other Banking Products
- Industry Knowledge Legal Statutes Banking Regulations and Compliance Management
- Product Pricing and Performance Management
- Knowledge Assets and Liability Management
- Sound Knowledge of Credit and Debt Recovery Policies
- Enterprise Risk Management
- Risk Credit and Financial Management and analysis
- Understanding of Customers Value Proposition
- Portfolio and Investment Management Knowledge
