Job Description
- 5 years of experience in the area of social and content with strong managerial experience.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage and expand the online community.
- Create highquality visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
- Curate relevant and engaging content from both internal and external sources.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (e.g. Meta Twitter Instagram LinkedIn).
- Stay updated on platform features algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments messages and mentions promptly.
- Develop strategies to encourage usergenerated content and brand advocacy.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns contests and promotions.
- Experience producing content for multiple distribution channels
- Knowledge of content best practices and knowledge of Qatars Fintech industry is preferable.
- Candidate should be locally available in Qatar with transferrable visa
