Position: Contact Centre Agent (Romanian English)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues providing clear and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Identify and share opportunities to improve customer satisfaction with the team.
Qualifications:
- Native or C2level fluency in Romanian.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computer systems and able to quickly learn new software.
