Position: Contact Centre Agent (German English)

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat professionally and promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues providing clear and effective solutions.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure highquality customer service.
- Identify ways to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with the team.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (B2 and above).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Prior experience in customer service or contact centres is an advantage.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software.
