Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Thessaloniki Greece
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist who is a native or fluent German speaker with strong English skills to join our team in Thessaloniki. This onsite position involves providing exceptional technical support to our clients troubleshooting a variety of issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone email and chat in both German and English delivering effective technical support and solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues ensuring clear communication of solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical problems updating necessary systems as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve technical support processes.
- Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (both spoken and written) with strong English skills.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a technical support role is required.
- Skills: Excellent problemsolving abilities attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficient in using various software applications and able to quickly learn new systems.
