- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues offering clear and effective solutions.
- Keep customer records up to date and maintain accurate information.
- Work closely with team members to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and share valuable insights with the team.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (B2 or higher).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new tools.
