Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely accurate and friendly support to customers via phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products services orders billing and account issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to solve complex cases and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products and services to offer precise and helpful solutions.
  • Log and track customer inquiries in the system ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Meet or exceed customer service performance targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in English for internal communication and documentation.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication problemsolving and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends and holidays between 7 AM and 11 PM.
