Job Description

The Lead Project Manager will oversee two critical projects ensuring their successful execution with a strong executive presence. This role requires a solid background in Finance (FP&A Financial Planning & Analysis) and Accounting with the ability to lead projects independently. The ideal candidate is detailoriented organized and adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders while preparing presentation decks for FP&A groups.

Responsibilities

  • Manage highly complex broad and multiyear projects endtoend
  • Develop detailed robust project plans including resources scope schedule and costs
  • Recognize the impact of scope changes and adjust project plans accordingly
  • Act as the first responder to project risks and recommend solutions
  • Interface regularly with internal senior management and client executives
  • Negotiate resource requirements with management in priority conflicts
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in project functionality and planning tools
  • Delegate and guide work for professional and support staff
  • Mentor and coach junior staff to ensure adherence to standards

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a related field (preferred)

Education Requirements Credential Category

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management Finance Business Administration or a related field

Experience Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management especially in financerelated projects
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing multiple projects
