Job Title: Content Moderator (German English) Join Us in Shaping Digital Experiences!
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 10:00 PM (Rotating Shifts); Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Work Type: OnSite
Contract: 14Month Contract (with possibility of extension)
Salary: 1300 EUR per month with a 250 EUR Language Bonus and 380 EUR Performance Bonus annually
Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR net per working day
Transport Allowance: Not provided

Your Role
As a Content Moderator you will be at the forefront of our digital community ensuring that content aligns with our safety and quality standards. Your linguistic skills will be key in analyzing reviewing and moderating diverse content types in German and English. You will collaborate closely with our team to uphold the community guidelines while also providing feedback to improve our processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Review: Evaluate and moderate usergenerated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines.
- Quality Assurance: Identify and escalate any content issues providing actionable feedback to enhance user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with fellow moderators and team leads to share insights and improve moderation processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings to discuss trends and propose enhancements to moderation practices.
Who You Are
- Language Proficiency: You possess a nativelevel proficiency in German (C2) and a good command of English (B2).
- DetailOriented: You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards in online content.
- Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to team goals.
- Local Talent: This role is exclusively for candidates currently residing in Portugal.
