We are seeking a highly motivated Food Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing our pipeline of Food products. This role requires a creative mind always seeing new ways to use protein ingredients to produce tasty and nutritional food.

Tasks
- Define and develop food applications and product formulations for MicroHarvests portfolio with appropriate ingredient nutritional regulatory and analytical requirements.
- Forge and drive strategic partnerships that unlock and realize MicroHarvests full potential in the food sector
- Support Business Development and Sales teams in building product concept and participating in customer engagement activities
- Collaborate with internal including researchers colleagues from Marketing and/or Operations
- Keep a track on latest regulations and quality requirements for Food Industry and Applications. Support preparation of regulatory dossiers.
Requirements
- MSc Degree in Food related area (Food Science Food Technology Human Nutrition)
- You have proven track record on developing products for food market in a B2B company. Experience with different Food market segments is a plus
- Thrive at establishing and strengthening relationships either with external partners suppliers and internal stakeholders
- You are energetic selfmotivated and high sense of ownership
- You love testing new ingredients think outside the box and have an ability to explore multiple possibilities for tackling challenges to come up with best solutions
- You are passionate for improving our food system
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
