Job Description
How does your working day look like
- Working in collaboration with the departmental managers youll manage all the operational departments holistically and take responsibility for their performance
- Youll be involved in hotel budgeting and coordinate regular consultations with the departmental managers to progress inhouse projects
- Youll take care of quality assurance in the individual departments with the aim of constantly increasing guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Youll keep an eye on all the little details that make up the 25hours hotel band and see that both rooms and public areas are always in tiptop condition
- Youll be on hand both as host and manager and youll be happy to pitch in yourself
- Youll recognise talent and together with the General Manager youll promote it
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV
- Youve had several years professional experience in a departmental or sector management role and speak English fluently
- Youre keen to collaborate with our gastro partners youre passionate about good food and drinks and you enjoy discovering new concepts
- You have extensive experience with rooms and front office and are familiar with the related strategic tasks and operational processes
- You act as the deputy for the General Manager in their absence taking on full responsibility in this role.
- You take on regular duty shifts ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the onsite teams.
- You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. In addition you organise hotel operations according to a routine and youre skilled at drawing up staff rosters
